If that sparks your interest, keep reading… Rate: $22 USD per hour What You’ll Do As a MISO Intern: Take on meaningful, high‑impact legal projects, gaining exposure to how MISO’s Legal & Federal Affairs team supports the organization through research, drafting, reviewing materials, and learning the fundamentals of utility regulatory and corporate law. Work closely with attorneys and team members in LittleRock to understand how legal considerations influence MISO’s operations, federal compliance, and broader business objectives. Participate in lunch & learn sessions, cross‑departmental networking, and mentorship experiences that help you understand how every part of MISO supports reliable power delivery to 45 million people. Contribute to real‑world assignments such as policy research, basic contract language review, organizational governance support, stakeholder considerations, or other early‑career legal tasks suitable for undergraduate students. Attend community service events, intern socials, networking activities, and development programming to help you grow your confidence, build relationships, and understand MISO’s broader mission.
